The house is also fully wired into the future with vocal commands to control everything you could think of in the house. When you set foot in the house on the second floor, you are greeted by a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen with all the amenities needed to entertain, cook a delicious meal or relax while watching TV while having the sunset glow on your face. The house is equipped with a powerful heat pump that either heats the whole house in the winter or cools it down in the summer so that you always feel just right.

On the third floor, you’ll find two well sized bedrooms for two queen beds and all the bedding needed. You’ll also find a full bathroom complete with standing tub and double shower.

You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or find multiple restaurants within 5 minutes of the house. On the bottom floor you’ll find a garage to store your car, if you have two cars there’s another dedicated spot on the front yard. It is also on this first floor that you’ll find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
